5 - Fees and Services

Unless otherwise stated, all fees and charges are payable in your local currency or the currency displayed on the site when you place your order. You agree to pay all fees and charges applicable to the order you place on the site, including return or exchange costs, including any applicable taxes or duties, to the Seoul My Soul website or the designated shipping agent.

• All our products are original and have authenticated certificates.
• All our products are licensed by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health.
• The products are intended for external use only.

7- Orders and Payment

• The order will be confirmed after the payment process is successfully completed.
• We accept multiple payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, KNET, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Deema Company).
• All prices are shown in local currency and do not include value-added tax (depending on the country).
• Electronic payment company (payment gateway) fees:
  • KNET - 0.5% + 100 fils
  • Apple Pay KNET - 0.5% + 100 fils
  • Visa & Mastercard - 2.5% + 50 fils
  • Apple Pay Visa & Mastercard - 2.5% + 50 fils
  • Google Pay - 2.5% + 50 fils
  • GCC - 3.25% + 100 fils
  • Global - 3.25% + 100 fils
  • Deema - 6.5% + 100 fils

8- Shipping and Delivery

• Orders will be processed and shipped within [one to three days within Kuwait and within 14 days outside Kuwait] from the date of payment confirmation.
• Delivery times vary depending on the customer's location and the shipping company.
• We are not responsible for delays resulting from the shipping company or circumstances beyond our control.

9 - Return and Exchange Policy

You may return your purchases within 24 hours of the order delivery date, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The items to be returned must be in good condition, presentable, with their packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
2. The items to be returned must not conform to standard specifications or be defective or faulty that was not apparent upon purchase.
3. The product arrived damaged or different from what was requested.

• Please note that if you receive an order and wish to return one or more products due to a poor public opinion, shipping fees will be charged upon order processing, including the electronic payment company's (payment gateway) fees. These fees will be deducted from the total amount due for the return, in accordance with the approved return policy.
  • Electronic payment company (payment gateway) fees:
  • Visa & Mastercard - 2.5% + 50 fils
  • Apple Pay Visa & Mastercard - 2.5% + 50 fils
  • Google Pay - 2.5% + 50 fils
• If the returned product is found to have been used, not in its original condition, or has been opened, and the customer refuses to accept the product after refusing the return request, the customer is given 14 days to receive the product. If the customer fails to respond and receive the product within 14 days of notifying the customer, the company reserves the right to destroy the product. This constitutes direct authorization from the customer to Seoul My Soul to destroy and dispose of the product without incurring any liability to the customer or any future claims, in order to ensure the quality and safety of other products.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

When returning or exchanging a product sold through seoul my soul website, you agree to the following:

• A. You must request a return within 24 hours of the delivery date, in accordance with the terms and conditions.
• B. The product to be returned must be packaged and sealed tightly (in its original packaging), with all labels and brand packaging intact, unused, and in the original condition it was delivered to you.
• C. You must contact us via email at: [email protected] and state the reasons for returning the product.
• D. Your return will be processed immediately upon emailing. You will be given an appointment for the delivery agent to receive the package from you to confirm and inspect the product to ensure it meets the return requirements.
• E. Upon arrival of the product, the customer will be confirmed via email whether the product is subject to the refund or replacement policy, after successfully completing the quality inspection of the returned product in accordance with the policies and standards of the Seoul My Soul website. Once received, the returned product will be checked within 24 hours, and the balance of the returned product will be added either in the form of a wallet balance or a deposit into the bank account, as chosen by the customer, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
• F. The time for the balance to be sent to your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details regarding the return procedure. However, if you experience delays in receiving your refund credit processed to your wallet, please contact Seoul My Soul website by email.
• G. If the product is damaged or has been used after it was sent, Seoul My Soul website reserves the right to accept or refuse a return or exchange for health reasons.
• H. The customer bears the costs, expenses, taxes, and all related effects of product exchange/return, such as shipping fees and electronic payment company fees.

Value Added Tax [VAT]

Value Added Tax: A transaction-based tax applied to certain products sold by Seoul My Soul website in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations in force in the country of completion or final delivery.

By accepting this agreement, you agree to bear the cost of VAT, or any other taxes, costs, or fees related to the fulfillment of the purchase order from the point of supply to the point of delivery.

Fulfilling Purchase Orders from Outside Your Country

Purchase orders may be processed outside your country. In such cases, seoul my soul website will provide you with an estimate of the import duties, applicable taxes, and any other fees applicable or incurred/potentially incurred during the fulfillment process (hereinafter referred to as "Import Fees"). By accepting this User Agreement, you agree to authorize seoul my soul website , including its designated delivery agent, to use the Service and pay the applicable taxes, duties, or any other costs and fees in connection with the fulfillment of the purchase order submitted by you on your behalf (or on behalf of the recipient) to the appropriate authorities in the country of supply or in the country of final delivery.

You also agree that the payment of import duties is your responsibility as the importer and is imposed based on the regulations of the country to which the products are being shipped. The import duties deposit varies depending on the selected shipping method and is only an estimate of the taxes, duties, and costs that may be applied and is not an actual calculation.

Seoul My Soul website will be responsible for delivering the purchase order to the designated shipping company outside your country at the place of supply and will not act as a clearing agent or delivery agent on your behalf.

You agree that in this case, Seoul My Soul website responsibility ends once the goods are dispatched, and you or the designated delivery agent will be responsible for the successful and timely delivery and safekeeping of the goods sent from the place of supply to your specified delivery address. You also agree that Seoul My Soul website will not be liable for any delay in delivery, damage, loss of goods, or any other matter after the goods have been dispatched from its warehouses.

Purchase Orders Fulfilled from Your Country:

If a purchase order is fulfilled from your country, meaning the goods are located in your country at the time of shipment, Seoul My Soul website or its affiliates will collect applicable taxes (including VAT) from you in accordance with applicable regulations. The estimated amount of applicable taxes will be collected from you and deposited with the relevant authorities in the manner applicable under relevant regulations.

10 - Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' data.
• We use your data only for order processing, delivery, and customer service.
• We do not share your data with any third party except as necessary (such as shipping and payment companies).

Security

Indemnification

The terms of this User Agreement do not constitute a partnership or agency between you and seoul my soul, and you will not have the right to bind seoul my soul in any way.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations

You hereby grant seoul my soul website the right, and you irrevocably acknowledge that seoul my soul website may, at any time, transfer all or any part of its rights, privileges, obligations, and liabilities (express or implied) under this User Agreement to any of its affiliates or any other party without your further consent. In such cases, seoul my soul website agrees to use all reasonable efforts to notify you of any transfer by posting on the Site. You may not, at any time, without the prior written consent of seoul my soul website , transfer all or any part of your rights, privileges, obligations, or liabilities (express or implied) under this User Agreement to any person.

11 - General Provisions

If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this User Agreement.

This User Agreement (as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement) constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and seoul my soul website regarding the subject matter hereof.

No one who is not a party to this User Agreement has the right to enforce any provision of this User Agreement.
