Return and Exchange Policy
You may return your purchases within 24 hours of the order delivery date, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The items to be returned must be in good condition, presentable, with their packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
- The items to be returned must not conform to standard specifications or be defective or faulty that was not apparent upon purchase.
- The product arrived damaged or different from what was requested.
- Please note that if you receive an order and wish to return one or more products due to a poor public opinion, shipping fees will be charged upon order processing, including the electronic payment company's (payment gateway) fees. These fees will be deducted from the total amount due for the return, in accordance with the approved return policy.
• Electronic payment company (payment gateway) fees:- Visa & Mastercard - 2.5% + 50 fils
- Apple Pay Visa & Mastercard - 2.5% + 50 fils
- Google Pay - 2.5% + 50 fils
- If the returned product is found to have been used, not in its original condition, or has been opened, and the customer refuses to accept the product after refusing the return request, the customer is given 14 days to receive the product. If the customer fails to respond and receive the product within 14 days of notifying the customer, the company reserves the right to destroy the product. This constitutes direct authorization from the customer to Seoul My Soul to destroy and dispose of the product without incurring any liability to the customer or any future claims, in order to ensure the quality and safety of other products.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
When returning or exchanging a product sold through seoul my soul website, you agree to the following:
- A. You must request a return within 24 hours of the delivery date, in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- B. The product to be returned must be packaged and sealed tightly (in its original packaging), with all labels and brand packaging intact, unused, and in the original condition it was delivered to you.
- C. You must contact us via email at: [email protected] and state the reasons for returning the product.
- D. Your return will be processed immediately upon emailing. You will be given an appointment for the delivery agent to receive the package from you to confirm and inspect the product to ensure it meets the return requirements.
- E. Upon arrival of the product, the customer will be confirmed via email whether the product is subject to the refund or replacement policy, after successfully completing the quality inspection of the returned product in accordance with the policies and standards of the Seoul My Soul website. Once received, the returned product will be checked within 24 hours, and the balance of the returned product will be added either in the form of a wallet balance or a deposit into the bank account, as chosen by the customer, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
- F. The time for the balance to be sent to your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details regarding the return procedure. However, if you experience delays in receiving your refund credit processed to your wallet, please contact Seoul My Soul website by email.
- G. If the product is damaged or has been used after it was sent, Seoul My Soul website reserves the right to accept or refuse a return or exchange for health reasons.
- H. The customer bears the costs, expenses, taxes, and all related effects of product exchange/return, such as shipping fees and electronic payment company fees.
